How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will automatically calculate at checkout. Free shipping on all orders.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking. Typical shipping times range between 2-10 business days, depending on the carrier.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing, so no changes or cancellations can be made.

What if my tracking shows 'delivered' but I didn't receive it?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, Huo Luxury is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

What happens if my package is returned to the sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or missed pickup, the order will be refunded minus shipping costs.
